Vibration Graphite
For vibration graphite, the standard grades are TSK and GSK. The main difference is the max. grain size of TSK is 2 mm, the max. grain size of GSK is 0.8 mm. Their common characteristic is good structure and homogeneity?low ash content, high mechnical strength, good electric-thermal stability property, larger sizes are available, they can be used for maching parts with large size. Properties can be improved by further impregnation with resin and oxidation resistance treatment.
High Purity Graphite
Features: High density, fine grain size, high purity, low specific resistance and high strength with ease of precise machining. Also features include excellent thermal shock properties, high temperature and oxidation resistance with good anti-corrosion.
Application: It is widely used for EDM machining, mould for sintering diamond, crystallizer for horizontal continuous casting, crucible for melting nonferrous metal, industrial furnace, heating element in vacuum furnace, etc.
