Ltd. with Taiwan Taishin Chemical Ind. Co. Ltd. to produce rubber plastic reagent. NINGSHI established GanSu Yingang Chemical Ind. Co. Ltd., with Metal Refiners (Asia) Ltd., and Baiyin Nonferrous Metal Company to produce flotation reagent and water disposal. NINGSHI also found Shenzhen Ganli Chemical Ind. Co. Ltd. with Hong Kong Libicheng Co.Ltd. (With 49% shares).
