Zhejiang Minglong Plastic Cement Co., Ltd., founded in 2005, is specializing in Flex & Banners. It's located in the Economic Development Zone of Tongxiang, near Shanghai and Ningbo port.
The company has a total investment of RMB 80 million, with a location area of 41000 square meters, and the building area of 24500 square meters. There are total 150 employees, including 30 senior technicians. It is equipped with 6 set of Germany-made advanced RS biaxial warping machines, 1 complete set of pressing production line made in Taiwan, 3 set of Taiwan-made bonding machines.
With an annual productivity of 50, 000, 000 square meters of base fabric for billboards, 20, 000 tons of PVC pressed film, and 20, 000, 000 square meters of finished fabric (Frontlit, Backlit) for billboards, Minglong turns out an annual sales volume of over RMB 200, 000, 000.
Our products (backlit and frontlit series) are characterized by white and bright surface, stable ink absorb ability, super tensile resistance, etc. And are widely used as wide-format digital printing media, banner facture, tents, awnings, as well as many other waterproof and sun-blocking applications.
