Low-temperature drying technologies: vacuum belt (band) dryer and thin film dryer have been developed, which improve the energy efficiency greatly of the drying process. Vacuum belt (band) dryer has been widely used into food industry (typical application include drying of malto, gum, oligosaccharides, etc.) and pharmaceutical industry (typical application include PVP, contrast agents, herb paste, etc.).
Herb extraction system: This is a continuous working system combined the multi-step extraction (maceration, countercurrent extraction), filtration, solvent recovery, and herb material drying & discharging steps. A typical application of this system is the production of stevia extracts, which are popular natural sweeteners globally.
