Relying on the unique culture, resources and talent advantages of Luoyang, we have cooperated with China University of Petroleum, University of Science & Technology Beijing, Henan University of Science & Technology, and set up a research team formed by professors, doctors and experts. According to the difference of the adopted raw materials, we have developed the affiliated sintering technology. There is a complete set of experimentation and testing equipment of proppants in conformity with National Standard, equipped with a professional quality inspection team with strong sense of responsibility, which will make the monitoring and inspecting of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, and ensure 100% qualification rate.
Our company can supply high strength fracturing proppants in full range, including 52Mpa (16-20mesh, 30-50mesh), 69Mpa (20-40mesh, 16-30mesh), 86Mpa (40-60mesh, 40-70mesh) etc. We possess the advanced production line, and the annual capacity can reach 100,000 ton. The products are widely used in Daqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield, and Changqing Oilfield etc, and exported to America, Canada, Russia etc overseas countries.
