Ningbo Huashuo Molding & Machine Co., Ltd. is a joint venture, was established in 2002 and is located in Ningbo Development Zone that in close proximity to Beilun Harbor, which is one of China's main export docks. The company now has the assets of more than RMB 50 million, the occupied area of the new factory is 21, 000 m2 and the construction area is more than 20, 000 m2. More than 60 engineers with college certificated or bachelor degree and over 700 workers work for Huashuo. The turnover of 2004 is more than RMB120 million.
Huashuo now has 5 production divisions such as die-casting workshop, plastic injection workshop, fine-processing workshop, packing workshop and mould center and other administrative departments. The new workshop building is equipped with complete office facilities and the information is managed through network. The advanced equipments with newest high-tech are the base of providing high-quality products for customers, Huashuo now has over 20 sets die-casting machines ranging from 180T to 900T that are from Taiwan Zitai or shanghai Lijing and more than 20 sets plastic injection machines ranging from 80T to 500T. The main equipments for producing moulds cover Japanese-MAKINO S33-A20, S56-A20 Vertical machining centers, Taiwan-MAXSEE P46+E75, P36+E50 CNC precision Die-sinking EDM machines and Beijing-Agie CNC precision high-speed wire-cutting EDM machines. The complete quality control is carried out in the whole courses of R&D, designing, technics, producing and processing. Huashuo also has gotten the certification of ISO9001 quality control system (Edition 2000).
