Zhejiang Huangyan Hongqi plastic mould factory / HQ Mould was founded in 1970.We are located in Taizhou city, Huangyan mould town.It is about 135 kilometers from Ningbo international port and about 300 kilometers from Shanghai international airport. Our factory area is about 12000 square meters.There are about 300 skilled workers with rich experience, and more than 30 engineers in the R&D department.
There are 80 sets of high technology equipment in our factory. Our capacity annually is more than RMB80,000,000.
HQ Mould is a professional manufacturer of plastic injection moulds. For example: PP pipe fitting mould for city sewerage, PP-R and PE pipe fitting mould for water-supply lines, PVC pipe fitting mould for taking water, PE heat pipe fitting moulds, pallet moulds,chair moulds,auto parts moulds, electrical appliance parts moulds,crate moulds,bottle crate moulds, commodity moulds and so on.
HQ Mould use PRO/UG/CMT software for designing. Red Flag Mould use CAD/CAM/CAE for processing.
