Tip-Top Molds & Products Co., Ltd. is located in Shenzhen, China-------bordering with Hong Kong. We are mainly engaged in precise injection mold making and plastic part molding, including both prototype and high volume production tools.
We use some advanced softwares in our mold design, like ProE, UG and Soliworks. We also use PowerMILL for programming. We have a smart team and our design and programming engineers have over 10 years of experience on export molds.
Our high efficient and skilled team of design and toolmakers can guarantee top quality molds and short delivery time. We submit progress reports along with digital pictures weekly, so that our valued customers know the status of their molds throughout the tool building process. Quality engineers and technicians constantly monitor all segments of our operations from design to final molds.Main industries served are: Automotive, Cosmetic, Cellular and Home Products.
Our state of the art High Speed Machining centre guarantees high precision. Our company is ISO 9001 certified. CMM is used to verify dimensional accuracy at various stages of throughout the tool making. Samples are submitted with a full dimensional report attached.
Our main customers are US based and include: PWC, 4FM,MTD, MA, CPC, Chrysler, PCCP, Keykert, EME, CMI, PMB and PME.. We also have some customers from Europe, like SBI from France, and MKK from Germany,GGE from Irland.
