Shanghai Alex Solar Industry (thereafter as "Alex Solar") consists of Shanghai Alex New Energy Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Alex Solar Energy Science & Technology Co., Ltd. both of which are Sino-New Zealand joint ventures.
Shanghai Alex New Energy Co., Ltd is registered with USD 20 million. Its first phase investment of USD 55 million has been completed. It is a high-tech enterprise engaged in manufacture and sales of crystalline silicon solar cells, including 5?????ono-crystalline and 6?????oly-crystalline solar cells. Founded in 2007, the company is located in Minhang Export Processing Zone, Fengxian District, Shanghai. It covers an area of over 54,000 square meters and has two 25MW crystalline solar cell production lines which are put into mass production in January 2009. Its second phase construction will be another four 25MW production lines, and the third will be 150MW polycrystalline production lines, totaling 300MW in capacity.
Shanghai Alex Solar Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd has passed the certifications of ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environment Management System. The solar modules are manufactured strictly according to the standards of IEC61215 and IEC61730. With advanced technology, first-class production equipments and world-class measurement equipments, the company guarantees each module with high quality and high stability of the output power. The output power of the modules exceeds 90% within 10 years and 80% within 25 years. Its modules are certified with CE, RINA, T??? and UL. |
