Our main OEM products are machining parts, stamping & sheetmetal fabrication, casting parts and mold making. We have three subsidiary factories manufacturing for these metal parts respectively. PDCA cycle is our best way to keep the quality improving continuously. For castings, grey iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper are smelted by electric furnaces. Different Casting process technologies are adopted according to client?s requirements. We can provide finished products with precision or rough machining according to your 2D or 3D drawings. The machine tools are CNC center, CNC lathes, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, etc. The quality control and inspection are very strict. Our Stamping and metal fabrication parts are widely used in many industries, like automobile parts, electronics, cabinet/shelf, fireplace case, others hardwares & components. Whether your challenge is lead time, critical tolerances, complex metal fabrication, special material or large volume components, we can offer the cost-effective solutions and considerate services.
