Iran China Commerce & Trade City Group Co. is a large-scale enterprise composed of Hungary Bai Te International Trade Co. Ltd, Hong Kong Mei Xi International Tobacco Co. Ltd, Iran Persia International Trade Co. Ltd, Zhejiang Chang Shou Culture Communication Co. Ltd, Sheng Zhou Construction Engineering Co. Ltd and other famous companies. Presently, our ongoing investment projects include:
1. The Project Iran China Commerce & Trade City which covers 330,000 square meters with a total expected investment of 75 million US dollars. The whole project will be finished within three year via two phases. Phase one is expected to be ready for use by December 2006.
2. The Project Iran Mei Xi International Tobacco (manufacture) Co. Ltd which covers 70,000 square meters with a total expected investment of 15 million US dollars. The whole project is expected to be ready for use by October 2006.
