KTT has adopted PLC control system into the innovated Potassium Sulfate (SOP) production process successfully, which enable the integration of process equipments, and realization of full process monitoring, waste gas reclaim, improved operation environment, higher efficiency and better product quality.
KTT, by its individual development,owns a patent technology of production of food-grade phosphoric acid from hydrochloric acid, which is the byproduct of SOP production. On the basis of IMI method, with HCl dissolving the phosphate ore, KTT has innovated the processes on decompose of phosphate ore and extraction, which enable to produce food-grade phosphoric acid with high reclaim rate from any grades of phosphate ore. With this innovated and world-leading technology of PA production from SOP byproduct, it makes the combined of SOP-PA production practically feasibly.
