Changshu Everbright Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a large-scale foreign owned enterprise. Its land area is 358mu (i.e. 238,666m2). The company is located in the YangtzeRiversideIndustrial Park of the Changshu Economic Development Zone, which is close to the Chinese biggest Economy Center- Shanghai and surrounded by other large and medium cities such as Suzhou, Wuxi, Nantong and Kunshan.It is endowed a natural geographical advantages.
Advanced equipments were brought in to produce various steel plate, galvanized steel plate, pre-painted steel plate and strong erosion-resistant aluminum-zinc alloy plate. When theproject is accomplished, the production capacity could be up to 1,500,000MT/Yr (750,000MT/Yr hot-dip galvanized steel coils, 150,000MT/Yr pre-painted steel coils and a production capacity of 600,000MT/Yr in the CoilCenter.) In Phase 1 of the project, six slitting lines with a total capacity of 600,000MT/Yr will be established. In Phase 2 of the project, the company will establish one pickling line with a capacity of 900,000MT/Yr, one rolling mill with a capacity of 300,000MT/Yr, one hot-dip galvanizing line with a capacity of 300,000MT/Yr and one Pre-painting line with a capacity of 150,000MT/Yr. In Phase 3 of the project, the company will establish another two rolling mills with a capacity of 300,000MT/Yr respectively and two hot-dip galvanizing lines with a capacity of 300,000MT/Yr respectively .
The thickness of our galvanized product ranges from 0.15mm to 1.60mm and the width ranges from 600mm to 1550mm. The base for galvanizing gives priority to the hot roll steel coil. The hot-dip galvanized products include the galvanized, the galvalumed (55% Al-Zn) and the galfanned (5% Al-Zn) . The coatings of our pre-painted products include Acrylic, PE, SMP and PVDF, etc. the thickness of the coatings varies from 10um to 100um. Therefore they can be applied in many fields such as construction industry the home appliance industry.
