Since Shanghai Lizhao Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997, we have played a leading role as a pioneer of special steel precision slitting sectors.
We are engaged in the continuous annealing and pickling process in hot rolling stainless steel. The designed production scale is 150 thousand tons per year, which was put into practice in April 2007. Now we have two ways of operation, the one is to do the pickling process for the customers such as Jiuquan steel and Baosteel stainless steel branch, and the other is to process and sell pickled coils by inputting hot rolling coils ourselves, the monthly average need for hot rolling black skin coils is 15,000 tons.
Our business scope is mainly regarding Qingdao and Tientsin as principle to radiate the northern region. With cold rolling stainless steel scale of 20,000 tons (II-phase construction factory has already been set up), the capacity of shearing, processing and delivering reaches 100 thousand tons, the shearing facilities can process the cold and hot rolling stainless steel, cold and hot rolling carbon steel and coating steel etc. The annealing and pickling production lines have been designed and built with the foreign advanced process, which has filled up the technique blank of domestic field.
At the same time, our company also concentrates on development of new technology, new steel grades and new products. Professionally representing domestic products of each large steel factory, we operate the cold rolling steel, CGL, EGL, wire rod products, stainless steel, tool & die steel, etc. We have senior experts, senior professional metallurgical engineers, professional sales personnel and a team with qualified international financial analysis people as well, which can provide for the customer professional service in time.
