Chung Shing International Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Chung Shing International Group, located at Nange Industrial Zone, Daojiao Town, Dongguan City. The company was established in 1999, covering an area of 150,000㎡.
Chung Shing International has approximately 600 employees, specializing in manufacturing and marketing natural veneer, cut-to-size veneer laminates for furniture, parquet door-skin and decorative fancy plywood. Supported by five veneer wholesales stores, Chung Shing? turnover has reached RMB200 million per year.
As for as annual production capacity is concerned, approximately 3.6 million pieces goes to cut-to-size veneer laminates for furniture; approximately 800,000 pieces goes to decorative fancy plywood and approximately 15 million ㎡ goes to natural veneer.
By importing and installing advanced veneer peeler machine, horizontal veneer slicer, dryers, vertical veneer splicing machines and other veneer production machines and equipments from Germany, Japan and Taiwan, Chung Shing has become one of the top quality veneer plant in the southern part of China. Apart from the good relationship with suppliers and advanced veneer production machinery and equipments, in order to get qualified people, Chung Shing has always maintained good contact with many major Chinese Forestry Universities by providing apprenticeship program to potential students.
In March 2002, Chung Shing obtained ISO9001 and in May the same year, Chung Shing built an independent formaldehyde index testing lab. In July 2002, Chung Shing passed the China Environmental Products Requirements and in March 2004, Chung Shing Was honored with the China Company and the only veneer plywood company in the Pearl Triangle Area. Since then, Chung Shing has become a member of China Quality Inspection Association for national inspection and consultation and China Technical Monitoring and Information Association. |
