Dongguan Jinbo Metal & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a company which professionally produces zinc and aluminum alloy, metal and plastic products. It was founded in 2000 with a plant area of 3800 square meters and there are more than 160 employees. The company is located in Songshan Lake, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, which has very convenient traffic. The company has development department, mold department, die-casting department, hardware department, plastic department, CNC department, assembly department. In addition, we have the CNC machining centers and CNC lathes, which can carry out precision machining for the die-casting, profile parts and hardware upon customers' requests.
Our company now has 10 sets of aluminum die-casting machine, 5 sets of injection molding machines, 5 sets of CNC machining, 3 sets of CNC lathes, 15 sets of mold machinery, more than 60 sets of drilling and tapping processing equipment, 2 sets of sand blasters and testing equipment (1 set of three-D measurement instrument, one set of D measurement instrument, salt spray test machine, 1 set of abrasion testing machine and 1 set of tensile testing machine).
The products of our company has passed ISO9001 (2000) quality system certification. The products produced by our company include: telecommunication products, LED products, LNB tuner, auto accessories, security accessories.
