LiXiang YiCai "Piano" resin board is mainly used for making kitchen cabinets, bedroom and bathroom suites, movable screens and homewares .
The products are made form E1 grade, environmentally sound,base materials using the newest finishing techniques. After a high-temperature cure process, the surface is more smooth and more colorful. The finished surface has a flawless mirror effect.. The raw material used for the board surface is a high polymer material imported from Germany , which guarantees that the paint film has a high toughness and intensity . When cutting the board there is no rough edge , when drilling there are no splinter .
Several kinds of nanophase materials are added in the manufacturing process . These materials largely improve the paint film layer's resistance to elements , the mechanical and physical properties , antibiosis , decontamination , and provide a high ultraviolet screener .The finished product can effectively resist erosion from acid , alkali , thimerosal , surface yellowing and color fading.
