Shenzhen KuaiHong Industry Co.,Ltd was established in Shenzhen in 1997 with an investment of 20 millions Hong Kong dollars. After over 10 years continuous development, it has become a famous OEM factory in South China for plastic injection mold tooling and molding. It now has about 300 staffs, including 30 skilled engineers and its factory expanded coverage to 10,000??
We are specialized in designing and manufacturing mid and large sized injection mold for automotive and home appliance industries. In addition, we are also experienced in the designing and manufacturing of BI injection mold, stack mold, over mold, Gas-assist mould, prototype. The size of the largest mold that we can make reaches 2m*1.8m which weights about 25 tons. Our advanced equipments including 9 CNCs,9 EDMs,5 wire cutting machines ,13 milling machines and also 1 machine for mold fitting. We are capable of making 50-80sets per month depending on the size and complexity.
We have equipped with injection machines which are imported from Taiwan.17 sets injection machines scoping from 80 to 400T.
Kuaihong had become an ISO9001:2000 certified company since 2007 , and now we are preparing to apply for TS16949,with a comprehensive quality control system and a determination to the realization of it.
