Guang Hing Loong Metal Printing & Can (Shenzhen) was established in 1994, we have one of the largest factories to produce tin products in China, and we produce all kinds of tins for candy, tea, toy and liquor brewing, cosmetic boxes, CD cases, moon cake boxes, pencil boxes, milk tins, coffee tins, chocolate tins, cigar cases, giftware boxes, decorative tins, coin banks, trays, garbage cans, easy open cans and wine box. Lastly, our plant has 2 branches, please kindly refer to the details as below:
1, Printing Department: 4 sets of printing lines and 2 sets of coating lines.
2, Irregular Shaped Tin Department: 560 sets of punching machines and 125 complete sets of cutting machines, seaming machines and assembly machines.
3, Welding Department: 3 sets of automatic production lines, it can produce round tins with diameters of D300, D401, D502 and D603. What's more, we also have 4 sets of semi-automatic production lines.
4, Packing Department: Provides food packing service as per customers' requirements, which complies to GMP standards.
Production capacity:
1, Over 30 million of printed tinplates per year.
2, Over 90 million of irregular shaped tins per year.
3, Over 60 million of welding cans per year.
4, More than 600 sets of existing tools for customers.
5, More than 1000 kinds of tins in our sample room for your selection.
Our registered fund is RMB289 million. We have 80000 square meters and over 1000 staff members, including more than 100 engineering technicians. In addition, we own the right for importing and exporting. Our factory has been identified as category A enterprise by customers. As for the quality, we have passed the certification of ISO2000 and UKAS. All of our tin products have passed FDA test.
