Plating
Ferrules,Fittings, adaptors are either in yellow zinc plating or White Trivalent Chromium plating ( 3% higher in price)
Quick Couplings are in White Trivalent Chromium plating.
Marking
Ferrules can be marked in letters and numbers according to customers?need. Minmium quantity can be discussed.
Hoses can be manufactured with customers?brand with certificate of authorization with min quantity of a 20?container.
Packing
Ferrules, fittings, adaptors, quick couplings are packed in carton boxes with label(Part No., Quantity, G.W, P.O.NO. CTN No.) on non-original wooden but strong plywood pallets, which needs no fumigation for export.
Hoses are shipped just in coils.
Delivery Time
LCL shipment: Approximately 30 days or earlier
FCL shipment: Approximately 60 days
Documents
Original Bill of Lading,Original commercial invoice, Original packing list.
Certificate of origin can be available if need
Certified commercial invoice by Chamber of Commerce can be available if need at cost of buyers.
Payment
30% advance payment according to proforma invoice value and balance 70% payment against copy of Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list by T/T.
L/C can be discussed.
Problem
Solutions can be disscussed if some problem happens.
