We are one of the best and powerful factory which professional in machining PTFE parts in China. We were established in 2006 in Kunshan City in Jiangsu province in China, using high-quality imported raw materials, specialized in manufacturing and processing Teflon Rods, Teflon insulators and others. Our parent company is located in Shenzhen, mainland China. We have a global and growing market and we have set up a wholly-owned subsidiary.
In 2007, we got ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification. Our PTFE insulators are widely used in electronic communications, high-end RF (radio frequency) series of connectors, automotive products, aviation and other fields. We fully comply with RoHS, Halogen, the EU Reach Standard, PFOS, PFOA and other standards. We are a world's leading connector manufacturer. We have won a good reputation among customers with good quality, competitive prices and advanced techniques since our establishment.
We have a building area of 3,500 square meters and 150 employees. We can process products with diameter from 0.3mm to 25mm, and minimum tolerance of +/- 0.02. Our current maximum daily capacity is 500,000pcs. We can process many kinds of materials including PTFE, PCTFE, POM, PEEK, PA66, PEI, PAI, PPO, PS, TPX and others.
