Seaflyer has been specialized in one-stop mold making and injection molding since founded in 1998 . Now there are about 400 skilled and hi-disciplined staff,including 24 designers who can be proficient in using ProE,Solidworks,AutoCAD,UG freely and factory coverage of about 6800?? Seaflyer is mainly dedicated to five fields: the automotive,home appliance,telecommunication,medical instrument and smaller precision parts(including the hardware tools). The largest mold we can make is about 15 tons.At present, 90% of our molds are exported to North America and Europe.
Main prodominant advantage:
We adopt the project management model in managing orders. All projects are guided by project leader who effectively manage tooling progress and set down reasonable schedule to shorten lead time, lower the cost, and fully utilize resources. But more important, they have a good command of English can communicate with oversea customer directly to assure projects run smoothly.

Injection Molding Machine:18 (ranged from 80-500 tons)
More than mold making and part molding , we can also supply silkscreen,paint spraying and finished products assembly service to our customers. All these services are accomplished in-house well.
