Founded in Dec. 2001, Shenzhen Huangji Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing al alloy & zinc alloy die casting molds and their products, and researching & developing LED lights. Our company emphasizes in training & improving staff members and we have over 9 R&D working team members and over 16 management personnel. 90% of our staff members have got college diploma.
Our company mainly brings in machinery & equipment from Buler Co. of Switzerland and Hong Kong LI'JIN. Now our company has 30 die casting machines (Model No.90T-2500T), 5 CNC, 7 CNC milling machines, 7 linear cutting lines, 4 EDM machines, 50 drillers, 50 tapping machines, 20 punching machines, 5 draw benches, 20 polishing machines, 2 precise grinders, 2 lathes, and many other equipment. Regarding to optical equipment, we have a professional LED lighting R&D testing room, 2 LED lighting assembling & QC lines, high and low temperature test boxes, 1 aging room, high power LED testing machines, and luminous intensity instruments.
Especially, we staff rich experienced engineers to form a LED department, which can design, develop, and manufacture LED lights as well as resolve problems like thermal spreading, configuration, optic theories, drive fixing, and LED source selection. Our LED lights contain LED street lights, LED wall-wash lights, LED bulb lights, LED spot lights, underground lights, and lawn lights.
