Baoding Huitong Precision Steel Casting Co., Ltd. locates in Nanguan developing zone of Mancheng Baoding Hebei, which is a joint venture company. Huitong is adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin, so the transportation is very convenient. Our company mostly produces steel casting, alloy steel casting, gray iron casting, ductile iron casting, non-ferrous metal casting, and other material castings. We mainly use investment castingart, sand castingart, silica sol castingart, die castingart, and other castingarts.
Huitong has some subordinate factories, ie: two precision-casting factories, two sand-casting factories, a stainless steel casting factory, a die casting factory and a machinery casting factory. The annual productivity is 3000 tons. And the products are mainly exported to USA, Italy, Germany, England, Frence and other European countries. The productive scope involves in several realms, such as: the machine industry, piping, pump, and the building machine, food machine, car accessories, ships, planes, etc. The products will be produced according to the request of clients' diagram pictures from all kinds of middle processes, like casting, process to the finished products and various of surface treatment, to the finished products.
We have owned a set of CNC and common process to the finished products as well as surface treatment during the whole producing, for instance: all kinds of painting, powder coating, cathode electrophoresis etc; we also have highly innate property members of production and management, integrity quality-control process, scientific management system and experienced engineers of casting and machining.
