HJ300, HY420 ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting system is developed by SAME CO., LTD. It is the application of hi-tech in cutting tool industry. The working principle of this machine is that the oil-piston-pump driven intensifier pressurizes the water up to 180-380Mpa or more. This pressurized water is delivered to an orifice with a tiny opening, which can transfer the potential energy of the high pressure water into the kinetic energy of the waterjet hereon generated. If abrasive is added and mixed in the mixing tube, the ejected water stream can cut the workpiece.
