We are a large private owned company specializes in design and process plastic injection mold.
Besides, we can also provide our customers plastic injection department and oil-jetting & silk printing services.
There are more than 1,000 employees, 130 sets of all kinds? of machines and over 20,000 sq. meters of factory space. We have already passed ISO9001—2000 quality control system and through DNV authentication.
Mold Dept: More than 40 staffs are skilled in using AUTOCAD, MASTERCAM, and PROE software to design and manufacture. Equipment: 4 CNC Machines, 15 Milling Machines, 6 Grinders, 4 Wire Cutting Machines, 7 Sparkling Machines, and some Dill Presses and Lathe.
Plastic Injection Dept: There is a professional team with several years experience in plastic injection to ensure the quality and quantity. Equipment: 50 plastic injection machines (50t-850t).
Oil-jetting & Silk Printing Dept: They devote in providing the high grade service for the customer with their adept technology. Equipment: 4 production lines for oil-jetting (18 large and 40 small oil jetting cabinets), 4 production lines for silk-printing, 30 manually operated silk-printing machine, 2 bronzing machines, 3 moving printing machines, 2 kilns.
QC Depart: They major in tracking and inspection of the whole production process with the specialized examination tool. Equipments: Profile Projector, Micrometer, Pin Gauge, High Gauge, Feeler Gauge, Gage Block, Radius Gauge, Caliper, etc.
