Hopeful Rubber Mfg. Co. Ltd. was established as a Hong Kong enterprise in 1976, engaging in rubber parts production for over 30 years, plants in Shenzhen and Nanhai were set up successively. We offer a wide range of products like Industrial Components, Infant Products, Medical Devices, Motor and Automotive Parts, Office Appliances, Electrical Appliances and so on.
Volvo, Ford, BMW, GM and other renowned car manufacturers make up our client list. These companies have superior buying power, yet they still chose us to be their automotive parts supplier. Why? Our 25 engineers creating more than 200 new products per month is one reason. And, because we have our own material engineering and module development department, our services make us attractive to any buyer. Plus, we source 95 percent of our materials from the US, South Korea, Germany and Taiwan.
We manufacture our products under ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 13485:2003, ISO/TS 16949:2002 AND ISO/IEC 17025:2005-certified management systems. To ensure goods that exceed your market's expectations, our QC inspectors run a complete QC process that starts from raw material checks, all the way down to pre-shipment evaluations.
Our two factories-spanning a total of 50,000 square meters - are equipped with 220 machines operated by 1,500 workers. Accordingly, we have a monthly capacity of 200 tons.
For Hassle-free distribution, we can have our roducts bear UL, FDA,CE,RoHS and NSF marks. OEM/ODM orders are welcomed.
