Shanghai Hongtai Plastic Industrial Co.,Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of SNOWDEN PTE LTD, a Singaporean investment company established in shanghai in March,1994 with an authorized paid-up capital of USD 2.8 million. The factory occupies a total land area of 11,600 square meter.
We produce plastic extrusion and injection related moulding parts for the building and home reburbishment markets. Our extrusion lines come from KRAUSS MAFFEI of Germany and the injection moulding machines are from TOSHIBA of Japan, both are world renowned companies in their fields. Our quality products include cellular foam pvc Bi-fold door, upvc bi-fold door, pvc trim (inner &outer corner trims), Upvc window and other upvc profiles. Our pvc trim is specially designed to provide a decorative trimming and thus create a perfect finishing edge for all ceramic tile installation. In addition, we have a wide range of colors to co-ordinate with any wall tiles that is suited for the modern home. The bi-fold door is designed to save valuable space and comes complete with door frame and lock set. Today, our company is the only patented trim manufacturer in china. Besides manufacturing our own range of products, we also engage in sub-contract works for injection moulding and extrusion tooling to meet increasing market demand.
Currently, our patented products are exported to South East Asia and Europe. With our aggressive expansion plan in the china market, we seek to establish strategic alliances with developers and distributors to expand the market. We strive to maintain product excellence and service quality to meet requirements from our valued customers.
