Hongda Group is a High-tech Group merging information and biological technologies into an organic whole. It is one of the excellent private enterprises in China. Hongda Industrial Garden was founded in 2000 at the High and New-Tech Industrial Development Area in Changchun, which is a famous science and culture city in Northen China.

At present, Hongda Group has undertaken ten odd large-scale software and hardware projects, induding two projects with National Torch Plan and four projects with National Focal Software Engineering and formed strategical partnership with foreign companies, such as SUN, HO, IBM and Microsoft.
