Firstly, we have strong productivity.
For ordinary cards, our monthly output is 40 million pieces; for IC cards, ID intelligent cards, contactless-type cards and formatted intelligent cards, and our monthly output is 5 million pieces.
Secondly, we have modernized production equipment.
1. Brand-new production line: one Heidelberg Speed Master, one German single-color offset printing machine and two German double-colored offset printing machines.
2. Three full-automatic six color silk printing machines and four color silk printing machines.
3. Two HX-60C automatic card punching machines that absorb the advantages of the same foreign apparatus: designed according to medium and small-scale card factory's characteristics and computer controlled cylinder type hydraulic drifts. The daily output reaches 300,000 sets.
4. Four YCY-215 type press machines designed for medium and small-sized factory's characteristics: adopt computer control system which can realize graded layer washing, pressurization and heating, suitable for all kinds of card processes, especially meeting processing requirements of non-contact-type IC, ID, and MI intelligent cards.
5. Four type (1) HX-40DT and type (2) HX-40T high speed hot foil coders which absorb advantages of the same foreign apparatus: adopt computer control system and integrate full-automatic oil lacking hydraulic pressure piled card and high speed yard making and gold blocking in an organic whole. The daily output reaches 500,000pcs.
6. One high speed MP65138LINX6200-type continuous black code gushing out machine: the daily output reaches 300,000 pieces.
7. Three HZ200B full-automatic bronzing machines are designed according to the medium and small-scaled factory's characteristics, and can produce the meticulous and perfect quality products.
Thirdly, we mainly have four subordinate departments:
1. Factory department: A 220-people team with designers, technologists and skilled workers
2. Marketing department: with a large-scale show room, professional members will recommend the most exquisite and economic products in China to customers, process the craft according to different requirements, and present the corporate image ideally.
3. Export department: processing as per customer's samples, assembling work of parcel received, and designing and developing new products. We have business in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong.
4. New product development department: with advanced computer designs, we have developed all kinds of products for a long time. We also design and make moulds according to different specs and the requests of customers.
