Established in 2006, Guangzhou Juyi Steel Pipe Co., Ltd is a Sino-Hongkong joint venture specializing in manufacturing ERW line pipe and Casing & Tubing, taking an area of 108000 square meters in Zengcheng City, Guangzhou. The initial investment is up to 60 million USD.

Our plant is well-equipped with Super Spiral Accumulator, American Thermatool High Frequency Solid State Welding Machine and other advanced Facilities. Besides, we adopt advanced straight edge case forming process eliminating the eaving defect the traditional roll forming cannot avoid. The annual production capacity is over 300, 000 tons.
To strengthen our quality management, we set On-line UT, Off-line UT, On-line seam UT, 41Mpa Hydrostatic Tester. What's more, our Inspecting & Testing Centre covers all the necessary examination like charpy impact test, material test, and photoelectric direct-reading spectrometer and so on. In all, we try our best to meet clients? full satisfactory. And the application we made for API 5L/5CT was approved short while ago.
