The brief introduction of our company is as follows:
Shanghai Shirui International Trading Company Limited is an import and export office of Shirui Aluminum Alloy Sectional Meterials Company Limited, which is a professional manufacturer of aluminum slugs and circles, profiles, and sheet roll products. Shirui Aluminum Alloy Sectional Meterials Company Limited is located in the second largest aluminum materials manufacturing base in north of China. We carry out production and management systems in accordance with ISO9001. Our product of quality have passed through SGS international certificate and 8S standards to manufacture high quality products and set up the first-class brand.
Rurrently we mainly manufacture aluminum alloy materials such as 2024, 2A12, 4032, 7001, 7075, 7046, 7050, 7A09, 7A04, 5052, 5050, 5A02, 5A05 and 6063 etc. Their temper status is T3-T8. All our products comply with ASTM standards.
Equipment
We have the following workshops and equipment:
a- Smelting burner, refining furnace, and also have 5 sets of 700T presses;
b- Casting;
c- Extrusion-lines (Five) that includes 2 880-ton extrusion lines, 2 1500-ton extrusion lines and 1 3600-ton extrusion line;
d- Punch machines (20 sets);
e- Anneal-furnace;
f- Anodization Line;
g- Electrophoresis and powder coating sections;
h- Tumble machine (5 sets);
i- Industrial spin-drier (2 sets).
Inspection equipment for quality assurance: Action Spectrum analysis equipment imported from Germany.
Annual production capacity exceeds 13,000 metric tons.
