In 2010, Sword Elevator invested 500 million RMB for new factory which located in Yuhang Economic Development Area in Hangzhou, China. The factory covers 105, 600 m2 and has the annual production capacity of 25, 000 elevator and 5, 000 escalator.
Sword factory has the most advanced processing equipments, including flexible Salvagnini manufacturing line, USA Nordson painted line, Noise test room, Laser cutting machine to guarantee the high quality of products. Besides, Sword owns one 120m test tower for new product test, and the maximum test speed is up to10m/s.
Sword Elevator provides full series of Elevator, Escalator and moving walks for all markets, and it operates under EN81 and EN115, ISO, GB code and is ISO 9001-2008 certified. All products gain Europe CE and Russia GOST-R certificates.
