Gonleer, established in 1994, is specialized in the production, R&D, sales and service in Magnesium products with complete industrial chain from raw material to deep-processing products, and was granted as the National Magnesium and Magnesium alloy production base listed in the Ministry of Science and Technology. Products cover 6 series, including Magnesium and Magnesium Alloy, Billet, Sacrificial Anodes, Auto Mechanical Components, LED cover and radiators, and Magnesium Alloy Rolling Sheets, more than 200 different types, and the annual production capacity is over 50,000 tons, in which the part for city was granted the Award of Excellence, Application Category by International Magnesium Association in 2012. Customers include GM, Nissan, Hyundai, KIA, Hitachi, A.O.Smith, etc.
Gonleer has more than 300 employees, including 36 researchers, and 16 masters. It has implemented the management system of 6S,ERP and OA?and has been accredited the certificates of ISO/TS16949:2002, ISO9001:2000 , ISO14001:2004 ?GB/T28001-2001, and ISO/IEC17025:2005 Lab Management System. Gonleer has complete Die-casting, extrusion, machining, surfact treatment and inspection facilities, strong R & D and conversion capabilities, and took the lead in drafting several national standards, industry standards and 25 petents related to magnesium products. |
