Since its establishment as a specialized manufacturer of silk screen print labels in 1985, by virtue of fast growth of Korean electronics and IT Industries, Geum Young has been successful in supplying mobile phone windows made of optical grade PMMA sheets to leading mobile phone producer .
We have achieved global competitiveness in quality and cost through continuous investment in Research & Development, Quality Management, Production Facilities and Process Innovation.
We have built mass production line for high quality windows by implementing cleanroom environment in most processes, and installing multiple axes CNC machines, high vacuum multilayer metallization equipment and quality analysis equipments. We take pride in serving oversea companies as well as domestic clients in telecommunications and electronics industry.
Our accumulated technologies in shape processing, including three dimensional routing, metallization, printing, hologram stamping and etc., enable us to accommodate sophisticate designs and colors requested by customers.
To meet increasing demands of mobile phone industry, we have expanded our window production capacity to 8 million pieces, and established new factory in Hangzhou, China and new electro-forming factory in Incheon, Korea. |
