Shanghai Guocheng Nonwoven Products Co., Ltd was established in 2006. It is located at Sijing town, Shanghai. We are a integrative company for development, production and sale. Major products:
1. Nonwoven products : Fashion bags, Shopping bags, String bags, PP nonwoven suitcovers, SMS nonwoven suitcovers, PP and PEVA suitcovers,Laundry bags,collection Box,gifts bags, Ultrasonic bags, Isolation gowns, PP nonwoven mouth cover, face maskDisposable medical gowns and masks, Dispasable bedsheets, Disposable aprons, Bags of shoes, Caps for shower etcs (above products' raw materials is pp spunbonded nonwoven fabric and other fabric).
2. Nonwoven:
(1). PP Spunbonded Nonwoven Fabric : Antistatic nonowoven, Resist UV nonwoven, Flame retardent nonwoven, hydrophilic nonwoven, All colors nonwoven printed etc.
Specification: 12gsm to 200gsm of weight various colors nonwovens with the width from 12cm to 3.2m.
(2). Chemical Bonded Non-woven fabric: Repel oil water, Repel oil & static aluminized memgrane. It's widely used to product sanitary products.Fiber composition: 100% PET,or PET and Viscose.Width: 215m.Weight:20G-180G square meter.Color: White,Super white,Black and colors. Chemical Bonded Non-woven fabric made of 100% PET,PET mix Viscose material etc,weight from 20-150g/m,width below 215cm,do soft,hard,crisp hand feeling,have white,colors. The nonwoven fabric have hydrophilic and hydrophobic.The product are widely used for Chef hat material,Handicraft product,clothes interlining,Embroidery etc.
(3). Spunlace nonwoven are widely used to do lining of garment, medical and sanitary materials, wiper and industrial materials.The weight is 40g to 150g and the max width is 3.1m with .Range of gsm:40gsm-250gsm.Rang of width:20cm-310cm.Composition: viscose, polyester.Colour: natural white, printing, full-dyed.Character: highly water-absorptive, web-forming, averagely, mesh clear, lint-free when wiping, economical, variety of mesh or printing. |
