High thermal efficiency and saving gas.
Thermal energy of infrared home gas stove comes from radiant energy and convection thermal energy, of which radiant energy covers 50%~60%. But the burning thermal energy of atmospheric stove mainly comes from convection thermal energy and radiant energy is little part. Radiant thermal delivery has strong penetrability and thermal energy can be absorbed by object heated up easily, so thermal efficiency is high.

Because infrared home gas stove uses total once air pre-mix burning mode, the gas can be burnt absolutely and will produce low CO in soot.

Because the burning of infrared gas burner is on the surface of radiant board, there is no visible flame. And burning radiant board is large and with many fire holes and the burning is close to inner surface of radiant board, so there is no flame to be blown out. The superior wind-proof performance is more than third times than atmospheric stove. And the quantity fire hole of infrared burner is about one hundred times than atmospheric stove, when wet by soup, main burning area cannot be put out and flaming burning surface can resume burning quickly. |
