Founded in 1999, Gaumuth (DongGuan) Plastic & Metal Manufactory was invested by Garmuth (HK) Industrial & Development Limited, It was an integrative enterprise of development, design & manufacture.
For many years, Garmuth won the trust of numerous customers by its advanced equipments, high precision toolings &products, and good service, which give us the prosperity of today and promise us a wonderful future. The company passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality system in April 2002 and now was serviced by more than 450 staffs; including 50 managment personals, 20senior designing engineers, 300 technology workers, 50 QA personal, and 30other employers. The company now possesses an integrated design and development system and a wonderful manufacture and processing factory, with three branches respectively in Dongguan, Kunshan, Qingdao, and the HQ is in HongKong.
The Mould Processing Dept mainly produce various precision mould, including metal presision stamping die &plastic injection moulds, which can be used widely in kinds of fields , such as Auto parts; household appliance; office equipment; communication apparatus ;etc???
The Parts Stamping & Injection Dept mainly stamping or inject all kinds of precision metal parts or plastic parts as per customer design, meanwhile all of finishes & printings for parts & dies are both done in house of our factory.
We currently possess many kinds of advanced high-technologic processing & testing equipment to meet your specs request; Such as , optic profile grinder (P/G) from German and Japan, jig grinder (J/G) from American, CNC processing center , planer type milling ;different of tonnage punching & injection machine ,vertical milling machine ,face miller , high precision face lapping mill, big and small grinder , etc. |
