Zhejiang Lingyun Motorcycle Co., Ltd is a specialist manufacturer, developer and supplier of the motorcycles and scooters in China. The company is located in Yangtze River Delta, one of the three highly economic developed regions in China, having easy access to Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shanghai. The total building area of Lingyun Motor is almost 15000 square meters and the company has almost more than 1000 staff, among which 150 are almost engineers.
The company has been engaged in the R&D and manufacture of the motorcycle and scooters for almost 20 years and was the first enterprise of its kind at that time, while the 150cc engines are the only ones that are US EPA approved in China. Nowadays, the Company has successfully marketed our products to many countries and regions around the world. The category covers 50cc, 125cc, 150cc and 250cc scooters and 125cc, 150cc motorcycles, all available in wide choice. Of all the products, the newly-designed two-wheel scooter, Lingyun A1 Admiral (LY150T-3) has stirred the traders & market since access to the European markets. It has the striking characteristics as being the 1st Street Motorcycle in China; Foldaway & telescopic tarpaulin; Vehicle-loaded cassette player; fully steel-structured body with energy-absorbing design.
The company introduced the advanced technology and techniques from the Italian Adiva Company into the applications of many departments, and thus redesigning our own engine production and assembly line, painting workshop, steel frame factory, parts production dept. and the independent inspection R&D department to meet the new trend. Further, the newly imported MC Compact emission measurement system from German Pierburg Instruments Company also granted us the EEC II and now the approval of EEC III is in progress.
The Company has passed the ISO 9001 and got the CCC certification, and became one of 50 companies which achieved the Motorcycle Production Access in 2004 in China. |
