Main products are: Transistor, rectifier, diode, power mosfet, super fast recovery diode, schottky doide, IGBT/IGBT modules, IC. Mainly used in green lighting, communications, power supply, automobiles, appliance control panels, industrial equipment and other areas.
Production
Chip production bases are located in south Korea, Taiwan area and mainland China.
Package bases are located in guangzhou and wuxi r. We have passed ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14000 environmental management system. We have a total investment of more than 1.5 billion yuan. Our factory covers an area of about 20, 000 square meters with construction area of about 18, 000 square meters and clean area of 1, 500 square meters.
