About us
Quality manufacturer of down products Featherland ltd. is located in Tongling, Anhui province. The factory is conveniently situated in the heart of Chinese biggest down and feather raw material area, which allows us quick access to the filling material. Our geographical location is also beneficial for transporting goods, as Tongling harbour is located alongside the Yangtze River, which leads straight to Shanghai. We also have an office located in Hefei, the capital of the Anhui province, which enhances the communication with our customers.
Our main products are top quality down and synthetic bedding. Now we can also offer other solutions such as bed linen, polar fleece throws and curtains. Europe is our main market including countries such as Sweden, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Portugal, Germany and Spain.
The factory facilities cover 13,000 square meters and the company employs 180 workers and staff members. The factory includes full sets of equipment for down and synthetic processing. We also have computerized quilting machines, which can be used for creating any kind of confection design. We also have a well-equipped laboratory a stylish showroom, and modern office facilities.
Featherland ltd. has grown remarkably both in production capacity, turnover and number of employees during recent years. We are currently planning a new factory area which is double the size of the current one. It will include a new down processing unit with new and advanced down processing equipment. The new plant will increase our production capacity even more, to meet the higher demand from the market.
