Shanghai Da Yu Biochemistry Co., Ltd was founded in 1990,which is specially engaged in developing and manufacturing of Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) series products. Since more than ten years Da Yu has gained high reputation in domestic and oversea markets depending on its superior products and sincerity service. Nowadays, Da Yu?s products have widely exported into America and European markets.
Along with its productive practice, Da Yu has already accumulated very rich experience of production. Da Yu also has already possessed a high quality team of staff members, including 12% of engineers, 18% of quality assurance and 20% of marketing and administrations personnel. Da Yu has built a 300000 level of HVAC area for pharmaceutical manufacturing, it completely conforms to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirement, in which installed with advanced machines (reactor, centrifuge, drying oven, blender etc). Da Yu also has a 200m2 of QC (quality control) laboratory equipped with modern analytical instruments, such as Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Particle Size Distribution Apparatus and many other instruments for measuring viscosity, whiteness, tapped density, fluidity etc. Da Yu has already established a documented system of Standard Management Procedure and Standard Operation Procedure (SMP and SOP). Therefore Da Yu is the first calcium carbonate enterprise who was GMP registered with the SFDA of China. Nowadays, Da Yu is the stable supplier of superior calcium carbonate raw material for many famous food and pharmaceutical enterprises in world.
Da Yu produces high quality pharmaceutical calcium carbonate, these products have high CaCO3 content and low impurities, especially the Pb, As, Hg, and Fe contents, their specifications conform to USP26, EP2002, BP2002 and CP2000. In addition, some specifications can be adjusted according to customer?s requests.
