Founded in June 1, 2003, formerly as a LCD manufacturer, the company obtained rich development technology foundation and witnessed rapid development of China?s electronic industry in LCD operation and cooperation with IC manufacturers; meanwhile, the company found that the gamer industry retired, due to unique product, constant style, low quality, and many game player manufacturers closed down or went to other industries. Potentiality of top game player is very large, which is monopolized by Japan and other countries. Based on such circumstances, the company engages in building up Chinese game player brand.
The executed management systems include ISO9001, ROHS and ERP. System promotion office is set in the company for supervising operation of the current systems and introducing advanced management mode according to existing problems during operation. As for employees, entry training, pre-post skill training, post training for specified product and operation check during production are used to ensure consistency, correctness and stability of production; suppliers? qualification certification, product development certification, engineering quality confirmation, corresponding quality standard and strict incoming material inspection are use for materials; incoming material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, on-line product inspection, patrolling inspection and QA are used for quality control. QA adopts the same batches with goods of inspection and AOL to ensure product quality. In design phase and production phase, reliability and aging test are done to ensure reliability of the products. |
