Considering financial transactions and to broaden our business, we set up a new department, Dongguan Jian Xin Plastic Mould Co., Ltd., focused on plastic injection mould and moulded injection parts in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.With an area of 32,000 square meters with own self-built factories, office building and dormitory. General capital is over 45 millions yuan and more than 380 employees.
We specialize in producing customized plastic injection moulds of various sizes and proficiency in moulding process. Equipped with CAD/Pro-E/UG software system, available in the company now are 5 EDMs, 9 milling machines, 3 drilling machines, 3 turning Lathes, 3 grinding machines, 1 water mill, 3 CNC machines and 21 plastic injection machines.
The mould types include auto housing parts, daily necessities, computer assessories, motor/ auto helmet case, bottle cap/ cover, housing case, medical products, and creative toys, etc. Proficiency in 3D drawing design, reasonable mould design solution, prototypes/ mock-up, plastic injection moulds according to your detailed drawing or samples. Being over 21 years' experience in the field of plastic injection moulds with professional technical team and good machine operation.
