Shanghai SKT Optoelectronic Material Co., LTD was established in July 2009 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, a paid-in investment of RMB 300 million and a staff of nearly 200. The company is mainly engaged in the production of sapphire substrates and the processing of MOCVD epitaxial wafers and chips. It has established the management headquarters and global marketing center in Shanghai, the R&D center in Fengxian District, Shanghai, the sapphire crystal growth and processing base in Zhumadian City, Henan Province, as well as the production base for MOCVD epitaxial wafers and chips in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province.
As a high-tech company, Shanghai SKT Optoelectronic Material Co., LTD has attached great importance to technical autonomy and advancement since its inception. Through excellent platforms and environments, the company has attracted highly competent personnel in the industry.
