CIMC VEHICLES (SHAN DONG) Co., LTD. a joint venture, which is consisted of Shenzhen CIMC Heavy Duty Machinery Co., Ltd., Jinan Automobile Refitting Factory, K?gel Fahrzeugwerke AG, and CIMC Vehicle Investment Holdings Company Limited. It is also a backbone enterprise of special refitting trucks in North China. Today, CIMC-K?gel has an occupying area 4,5300?O as production base, which is divided into 7 sections, 7 workshops. There are 600 staff members and workers, including 58 middle & senior technicians. CIMC VEHICLES (SHAN DONG) Co., LTD has the capacity to produce and sell various special refitting trucks 5,000 units a year.

Since establishing CIMC-K?gel, we has completely imported advanced technology & equipments from Kogel Fahrzeugwerke AG, Germany with its technicians for design and modern ways to develop products, keeping the same steps with the world. On the basis of importing, absorbing German technology, CIMC-Kogel has created and developed the technology of all closed sandwich panels with wet in wet method, fiber glass box as green environment-protection body, swap body, etc. We have been sparing no pains to improve our products and technology. All above mentioned had made our products with international levels and leading a position in China.
Today, CIMC-K?gel has produced box, oil tank, engineering, semi-trailers and special trucks series, army trucks series, etc., 6 series, more than 150 models, suiting for various special products from 0.5-40tons. Among these products, the emergency telecommunications trucks have been widely used in China Mobile, and China Union. In 2003, CIMC-K?gel established a strategic cooperation with VOLVO, and produced the VOLVO tippers with world levels. On March 16, 2004, the first batch tippers were exported to Africa.
