?Established in Feb 1995, Shanghai Shenda (Group) Co., Ltd(SSGCL). owns total assets of RMB 5.2 billion and its net assets amount to RMB 1.8 billion. SSCL realized sales amounts to RMB 4.295 billion with total profit RMB 84.27 million in 2000, that it is one of the larger-scale enterprises of Shanghai Textile System and among the first batch of trial units that carry out modern enterprise system in Shanghai.
