Shanghai Xiaxin plastic mould Co.,ltd is established on Dec.2002.It is a professional enterprise that integrate mould designing,manufacture,injection molding,printing,and assemblage into a whole.it has 120 staffs,15 million RMB capital asserts and 12000 square meters grounds,in which there are 6000 square meters grounds for workshop.
At present,Company prossesses many oversea advanced CNC,EAM,Coordinate 3D measuring machine,50T-1000T injection molding machines.it laid a good foundation for the high speed developmentof the company.We adopt CAD/CAM/CAE work system in mould's developing and manufacture,build up inside network system,and realized product virtual and development.In order to guarantee the products quality,the company takes"QUALITY FIRST"(quality first)as a principle,strictly according to ISO9001:2000 carries on the management,provide the powerful safeguard for the company product design, thequality and the production technology.
