Established in July 2004, Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Hefei Zijin Steel Tube Manufacturing is specialized in the developing and manufacturing the large-diameter thick-wall straight-seam Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) tubes. 锟斤拷锟絋he company Located in Hefei, Capital of Anhui Province, 350km west of Shanghai covers a land area of 220,000square meters. Over 300 employees, more than 90 percent are graduates of university or technological academy, including 100 or so professional technicians. At present, the company possesses two product lines of JCOE forming mode, one is for LSAW steel pipes (or known as DSAW) applied in oil & gas pipeline, the other is for construction-using pipe; moreover, there are several sets of roller machines. The annual production capability can reach 200,000 tons, and the products are widely applied in pressure pipeline (Conveying petroleum, natural gas and coal slurry), steel construction (Steel tube & concrete, piles, joist frame structure) and machinery roller-making, etc.
