l Hangzhou Automotive Engine Plant(HAEP) is located in the vicinity of the beautiful scenic West Lake in Hangzhou. HAEP, a first grade national large-scale enterprise,was the first domestic manufacturer of the high speed automotive heavy duty diesel engine. HAEP has a staff of 3000 now,near 700 among them are technical personnel.The plant occupies a total area of300,000 sq.meters.The present total assets are valued at RMB 1,000 million ,and the fixed-assets more than RMB 200 million .The investment fund for foundry had reached more than RMB 100 million ,equipped with a BMD large scaie air-impact moulding line introduced from Germany, the productivity of acceptabie castings is 35.000 ton yearly ,HAEP also has a national second grade research institute -Hangzhou Automotive Diesel Engine Research Institute. |
